Singapore’s Competition and Consumer Commission (CCCS) announced that it has cleared the proposed merger of Korean shipbuilding giants Korea Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., (KSOE) and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME).
